The Citi Premier Card is a travel rewards credit card that offers three points per dollar spent on travel purchases, including flights, hotels, taxis, car rentals and gas; double points on dining and entertainment; and one point per dollar on all other purchases. The annual fee is $95, waived for first 12 months. There is a 16.49 to 25.49 percent (variable) APR.
